The Production Assembly Lead will work as part of a team to assemble products or component of a product. The Production Assembly Lead needs to be a SME (subject matter experts) in the assigned area. This position will lead and perform advanced and complex tasks as well as share expertise in all production operations serving as a mentor to other Assembly Technicians. This position will ensure that all assigned duties are performed quickly, efficiently and according to the established departmental and company policies, procedures and goals. The Production Assembly Lead, as with all members of the DPC Team, is expected to promote a positive attitude, demonstrate initiative, professionalism, personal awareness, integrity, and exercise confidentiality.Â
