About the role

Odds On Promotions, an entity of DOXA is hiring a detail-oriented, hands-on IT Technician to support kiosk hardware operations - ensuring product quality, functionality, and efficiency   

Requirements

Responsibilities 

· Unpack inbound equipment and conduct a detailed inventory of received/missing parts.

· Set up, test, and clean kiosk equipment to ensure full functionality.

· Repair damaged hardware and reimage kiosks with a clean OS installation.

· Complete multi-point receiving checklists, including log retrieval and archiving.

· Assist with packing outbound equipment.

· Facilitate freight pickups.

· Support new hardware builds.

· Serve as a backup warehouse assistant/forklift operator when required.

Requirements 

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to lift 75+ pounds.

· Comfortable working in a warehouse/technical environment.

· 60-day probationary period applies.

Job Type  

· Full-time (40 hours / week)

Pay 

· $20.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience
