Overview
Join Hyve Solutions and help support the people and processes that drive innovation, operational excellence, and employee engagement. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support Human Resources operations across our manufacturing and corporate environments. This role will serve as a key resource for employees and leaders by supporting onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and talent acquisition activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and new hire documentation activities.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Support recruitment efforts, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and job postings.
- Assist employees with HR-related questions regarding policies, benefits, timekeeping, and procedures.
- Process employment changes, status updates, terminations, and HR transactions.
- Support benefits administration, open enrollment activities, and leave-of-absence processes.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Generate HR reports and assist with audits, workforce metrics, and compliance documentation.
- Partner with managers and HR leadership to support employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
- Assist with special projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of Human Resources, People Operations, or HR administrative experience.
- Manufacturing, technology, distribution, or high-volume workforce experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday experience preferred).
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or related HR certification preferred but not required.
- Experience supporting multi-shift manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge of California and Nevada employment laws.
- Experience with onboarding, employee relations support, and HR compliance activities.
- Previous experience supporting multiple locations.

Work Environment
This position operates primarily in an onsite manufacturing environment with frequent interaction with employees, supervisors, and business leaders.
