SAIC is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Growth Integration Lead to serve as the right-hand partner to the Army Navy Business Group Growth Officer (GO). This critical role provides both strategic and operational support, enhancing the GO’s ability to execute SAIC’s growth strategy. The Growth Integration Lead acts as a key integrator and enabler, driving alignment across the organization to deliver on business growth objectives, manage priorities, and oversee key initiatives. Â
The ideal candidate is a strategic, highly organized, and driven professional capable of balancing high-level planning with tactical execution. With a deep understanding of business growth dynamics, the Growth Integration Lead will work across cross-functional teams to foster alignment, manage growth initiatives, and execute the vision of SAIC's Army Navy Business Group Growth Officer. Key Responsibilities: Â
1. Growth Strategy Alignment and Execution: Â
- Collaborate with the Growth Officer to translate high-level growth strategies into detailed, actionable roadmaps that align internal efforts and external opportunities. Â
- Partner across the organization to prioritize initiatives, ensuring alignment with company-wide strategic objectives and resource availability. Â
- Monitor the execution of growth initiatives, mitigate risks, and address roadblocks to achieve desired outcomes effectively. Â

2. Cross-Functional Alignment and Partnership Management: Â
- Act as the central point of coordination for internal stakeholders (e.g., business development, marketing, product, operations, and finance) to align on strategic objectives and priorities. Â
- Facilitate alignment of cross-functional activities to support strategic initiatives, key partnerships, and growth plans. Â
- Drive accountability and collaboration among teams through clear communication of goals, deadlines, and expectations. Â

3. Performance Measurement and Reporting: Â
- Create and manage dashboards to measure progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to growth objectives, market penetration, and revenue generation. Â
- Gather and analyze data on market trends, revenue performance, competitive intelligence, and pipeline health to provide actionable insights. Â
- Drive preparation and execution of performance reviews, including executive meetings and quarterly business updates. Â

4. Meeting Preparation and Leadership Support: Â
- Organize and prioritize the GO’s calendar to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring focus on high-impact activities. Â
- Develop meeting agendas, gather and analyze relevant data, and prepare presentation materials for internal and external meetings, including board meetings, strategy sessions, and partner engagements. Â
- Summarize meeting outcomes, action plans, and follow-ups to maintain momentum on key growth initiatives. Â

5. Special Projects and Strategic Initiatives: Â
- Lead complex, high-visibility projects that support SAIC’s growth goals, including market expansion efforts, competitive analyses, and M&A evaluations. Â
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess market opportunities and develop business cases for new initiatives. Â
- Oversee the implementation of special initiatives, managing cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless execution and delivery. Â

6. Organizational Leadership and Change Management: Â
- Support organizational change management efforts to ensure company-wide understanding and adoption of growth objectives and strategic priorities. Â
- Act as a trusted confidant and advisor to the GO, providing critical insights and recommendations to support effective decision-making. Â
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase efficiency and alignment within the growth organization. Â
