HR Coordinator

Work Schedule: Hybrid: minimum of 3 days per week onsite in either Reston, VA or Houston, TX.

This position is not eligible for full-time remote work.

Position Overview

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support a variety of human resources operations and employee services activities. This individual will work closely with employees and internal stakeholders to provide support across areas including employee services, HR administration, employee data, payroll, benefits, and related processes.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while handling a variety of HR-related responsibilities.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support a variety of human resources operations activities across areas such as Employee Services, Employee Data Input, and Employment Administration.
  • Interact with employees to answer questions and help resolve inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, retirement, disability, international travel, and other employee-related matters.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including data audits, recordkeeping, reporting, and other HR documentation.
  • Monitor existing HR programs and procedures to help ensure objectives and desired outcomes are achieved.
  • Collect, organize, and assemble information for personnel reports and other HR-related reporting.
  • Identify and support process improvement opportunities to help drive operational efficiencies.
  • Process employee transactions, compensation actions, and other HR-related system transactions.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR team as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience; or
  • Bachelor’s degree plus at least 1 year of relevant experience.
