Kadlec Regional Medical Center is offering a $10,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment for full-time position.

 

Under the general direction of departmental leadership, a Occupational Therapist provides specific treatment programs for patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy and as prescribed by a physician and performs related duties as assigned.

Shift Details: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Day/Variable shift.

Department openings: 1 FTE Pediatrics, 1 FTE Adults, 1 FTE Adults/Pediatrics, 1 FTE Inpatient

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution. 
  • Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License 
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution. 
  • OTD in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution. 
  • Upon hire: Membership in state and national professional organizations 
  • Experience in acute care or rehabilitation facility
  • Experience in outpatient setting.
  • Experience with pediatrics.
  • Experience in hand therapy.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position.  The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
