Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair residential electrical systems
- Install panels, lighting, outlets, wiring, and circuits
- Diagnose issues and present solutions to homeowners
- Handle service calls professionally and efficiently
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Requirements:
- 3+ years residential electrical experience
- Valid Virginia driver’s license
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused communication skills
- Ability to work independently in the field

Preferred:
- Journeyman Electrician license
- Experience with panel upgrades and EV chargers (a plus)
