Brands we represent - Polaris, CFMoto, Honda, Ferris, Exmark, Can-Am, Kubota, Cub Cadet to name a few. Job Summary: The Service Level Technician 2 position is an integral part of our operation. In this role, you will directly impact our dealership's success by repairing, and servicing top-tier powersports vehicles and premium lawn and garden equipment. Your expertise keeps our customers moving, and your efficiency will directly drive your earning potential through our performance rewards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform repairs on units using OEM service manuals and diagnostic platforms. Complete routine servicing, tune-ups, and machine inspections. Communicate technical findings and  any additional repair recommendations to the Service Writer(s). Accurately record work performed on Repair Orders in LightSpeed DMS. Maintain a clean, organized work bay and follow all workplace safety standards.  Work independently to complete assigned Repair Orders in a timely manner. Qualifications and Competencies: High school diploma or GED required & valid drivers license; technical training preferred Solid communication skills, verbal & written 2-4 years of service experience in powersports, lawn & garden, automotive, or related fields. Larger personal tool set required; dealership will supply specialty tools. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Factory training from any of our carried brands is a strong plus.     Physical Demands and Work Environment: The ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods of time. This position will involve bending, stooping and reaching above shoulder/waist frequently.  Work will be performed in a shop environment, with moderate to loud noise. There will be exposure to outdoor weather periodically for short periods.  Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Saturday; seasonal overtime during peak months. Larger personal tool set required; dealership supplies specialty tools. Able to interpret OEM diagnostic systems and service procedures. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Advanced diagnostics (fuel, electronics, drivetrains engine mechanical) & be able to rebuild most air and water cooled small engines.  Multiple OEM certifications (Honda, Polaris Can-Am, Etc.) Preferred  Instills sufficient confidence to complete customer-pay jobs independently Physical Demands   Work Environment Shop environment with moderate to loud noise. May work indoors and outdoors when staging or moving units.   Work Schedule Full-time, Monday–Saturday; seasonal overtime during peak months.
