AIKI Springer (2nd Shift) - Ridgeway

Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring a 2nd Shift AIKI Springer at our Ridgeway, SC location.

Assigned Schedule: 1:00pm - 9:30pm Monday to Friday (Extended shift and weekend overtime work required)

Skill Level: B

Compensation:$18.25 per hour plus $1.25 shift differential

The Role:

The Springer supplies, stages, and stores materials throughout the plant. This position is also accountable for cross-training and providing break relief to all level A and B positions, within the finishing department.

Top Responsibilities:

• Supply, stage, and store materials throughout the plant.
• Perform basic clean-up at the end of the shift including emptying trim scrap, and dumpsters, and assisting other areas with their TPM efforts as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas including equipment, tools, and work surfaces.
• Cross-train and provide break relief to all level A and B positions within the finishing department.

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift experience
• Minimum of 6 months experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Ability to stand for a minimum of 12 hours.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication is essential.

Physical Requirements:

• In this role you may be required to stand up to 10 hours per shift with frequent bending, reaching, and grasping. You will also need to lift, pull, or push up to 50 pounds.
