You will:


  • Conduct estimate appointments and review the repair process with customers.
  • Inspect and analyze collision-damaged vehicles to create repair plans.
  • Use CCCOne to write estimates and update in-process work.
  • Confirm the appropriate ordering and delivery of parts needed for repairs.
  • Monitor repair progress to ensure compliance with established repair and quality standards.
  • Ensure communication with customers throughout the repair process, including vehicle status updates.
  • Prepare and complete proper paperwork prior to vehicle delivery.
  • Coordinate with manager to ensure that repair schedules are followed and vehicles are delivered on time.
