This is an on-site position in Riverhead. Before applying, please confirm that you can reliably commute to this location six evenings per week.

Work Schedule

Approximately 15 hours per week:

Monday through Saturday
6:00 PM–8:30 PM

Applicants must be available for the complete six-day schedule.

Job Summary

We’re looking for a dependable, hard-working individual to join our cleaning team at Riverhead. The right person will be reliable, detail-oriented, and proud of maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

This position involves working independently, so you must be a self-starter who can manage your time, follow a cleaning checklist, and complete all assigned duties without constant supervision. Most importantly, we need someone we can count on to arrive on time for every scheduled shift.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the dealership
Vacuum carpets and showroom areas
Sweep and mop floors
Clean and sanitize restrooms
Dust and wipe down desks, furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces
Empty trash and recycling and replace liners
Clean interior glass, entrance doors, and windows as assigned
Refill soap, paper products, and restroom supplies
Clean spills and address potential safety hazards promptly
Use cleaning products, supplies, and equipment properly
Follow the assigned cleaning checklist
Notify management when supplies are running low or repairs are needed
Secure designated areas after cleaning is complete
Complete all assigned work within the scheduled shift

Qualifications

At least one year of professional cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred
Reliable transportation to and from Riverhead is required
Ability to work Monday through Saturday from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM
Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a consistent schedule
Able to work independently without direct supervision
Familiarity with common cleaning products and equipment
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift cleaning supplies
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Trustworthy and respectful of the building and its occupants
