JANITOR - RIVERSIDE

 Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Clean and maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming to ensure all areas remain clean, safe, and presentable.
• Clean windows, mirrors, glass surfaces, and high-touch areas to maintain a professional and sanitary environment.
• Sanitize and restock restrooms, including replacing soap, paper products, and other necessary supplies.
• Remove trash and recyclables from designated areas and properly dispose of waste in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain cleaning logs and inspection charts to document completed tasks and ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor and replenish janitorial and maintenance supplies while keeping storage and supply areas organized and clean.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and follow all safety procedures when handling chemicals and tools.
• Report unsafe conditions, damages, maintenance issues, or repair needs to supervisors in a timely manner.
• Perform general custodial duties and assist with deep cleaning projects as needed while working independently or as part of a team.

Schedule: Part-time schedule with consistent weekly hours (28 hours a week)

• Monday: 12 - 22:30 (10 hours)
• Wednesday: 12-22:30 (10 hours)
• Friday:12-2-:30 (8 hours)
