CDL Driver Recruiting Operations Specialist – Candidate Workflow & Placement Tracking
Truck Driver Nation is seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist to support the systems and workflow behind professional CDL driver recruiting.
This role is different from a traditional high-volume recruiter. The primary focus is making sure candidate activity is documented, recruiting tasks are completed, and driver placement information remains organized from application through hiring outcomes.
OPERATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain accurate recruiting workflow records
• Track driver applications and candidate status
• Review open follow-up requirements
• Record application and placement activity
• Coordinate candidate information with recruiting team members
• Track scheduled recruiting events and candidate next steps
• Identify candidates requiring additional attention
• Help maintain accurate placement and hiring records
• Support consistent recruiting procedures across active driver opportunities
SKILLS NEEDED
• Strong organizational ability
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable managing digital records
• Ability to work across multiple recruiting tasks
• Clear professional communication
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, ATS, CRM, or similar systems
• Transportation or recruiting knowledge is helpful
• Ability to work independently and meet follow-up deadlines
