Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient pediatric team in Roanoke, Virginia. Our multidisciplinary team collaborates across physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, ABA, and other pediatric specialties to deliver individualized, family-centered care. Your Role
  • Evaluate and treat children with developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, fine motor deficits, self-care limitations, and other functional impairments within your scope of practice.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote independence and meaningful participation in daily activities.
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions to improve fine motor skills, visual-motor integration, sensory regulation, coordination, and activities of daily living.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Educate parents and caregivers on home programs and strategies that reinforce therapeutic progress outside of the clinic.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation using AI-powered documentation technology designed to reduce administrative burden and support efficient workflows.
  • Foster a positive, engaging therapy environment where children feel encouraged to learn, grow, and succeed.

Occupational Therapist (OT)

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Current Virginia Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for pediatric rehabilitation and family-centered care.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences.
