Warehouse Associate

Work Schedule: From 8am to 5pm Monday through FridayÂ
$17.00 - $18.00 / hourÂ
What You’ll Do as a Warehouse AssociateÂ
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming products accuratelyÂ
- Pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently to meet customer expectationsÂ
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safelyÂ
- Assist with inventory control, including labeling, stocking, and cycle countsÂ
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standardsÂ
- Work as part of a team to meet daily goals and deadlines
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or shipping/receiving experience is required; candidates should be comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment from day one
- Forklift or material handling experience is required
- Working knowledge of warehouse processes such as order picking, packing, stocking, inventory control, and safe equipment use
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Dependable, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Steel-toe or composite-toe footwear required
- Ability to pass company background screening, motor vehicle report and drug testing requirements
Physical and Work Environment Requirements for a Warehouse AssociateÂ
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 130 lbs. with assistanceÂ
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb throughout the shiftÂ
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperaturesÂ
- Ability to operate and safely navigate material handling equipment (i.e. forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, etc.)Â
- Moderate to high noise level in the work environment
