This role ensures quality customer service, maximizes equipment utilization, and maintains driver productivity. The coordinator serves as a backup to Driver Managers and plays a critical role in problem-solving, tracking, and operational continuity during non-business hours.     Location: Golden Valley, MN Hiring Range: $32,000 - 68,000+, commensurate with experience  Schedule: 4 on 4 off rotating shift. Preferred Education and Experience   a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Associate degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. Experience with TMW, Omnitracs, and Qualcomm systems. 3+ years of experience as a fleet manager or dispatcher. Extensive knowledge of DOT compliance regulations, hours of service, controlled substance policies, and vehicle compliance standards.     Physical Requirements Ability to sit for up to 90% of the workday using a computer, phone, keyboard, and mouse Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for the remaining time •       Ability to lift up to 15 pounds     About the Role The salary grade for this position ranges from $63,000.00 - $76,000.00.
