Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: Robstown - Robstown, TX 73780Position Type: Full TimePrimary Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Operate centrifuge equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines. Monitor equipment performance, process parameters, and product quality. Perform startup, shutdown, and routine operational checks. Adjust machine settings to optimize production and separation processes. Inspect equipment for signs of wear, malfunction, or safety concerns. Complete routine cleaning, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs. Collect and document production and operational data. Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate major equipment problems to maintenance personnel. Follow all safety, environmental, and quality control procedures. Maintain accurate production logs, reports, and maintenance records. Assist with inventory management of supplies and operating materials. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime. Required Skills and Competencies Previous experience operating industrial machinery preferred. Ability to read and interpret operating manuals, safety procedures, and work instructions. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. QualificationsMinimum Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required. Experience with centrifuge systems in manufacturing, wastewater treatment, chemical processing, pharmaceutical, or food production environments. Forklift certification (if applicable). Knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety standards. Work Environment Tools, equipment, machinery used: Hydroblasting, Vacuum Truck, and Tank cleaning equipment. Working conditions: Will be exposed to all weather conditions.  Work on various structures and surfaces both at ground and elevated levels up to and possibly exceeding 150 ft.  Work in confined spaces.  Work a 12-hour shift with 30-minute lunch breaks.  If requested, work overtime, and respond to emergency callouts whenever they occur.  Work days, nights, and weekends.  Travel to customer and other Miller sites as needed. Physical effort required: Handling tools, materials, and equipment weighing up to 150 lbs.  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.  Must be able to sit, stand, walk, crawl, bend, squat, and kneel.  Must be capable of climbing towers/vessels/tanks.
