AP Plumbing is seeking an Excavation/Industrial Technician for their Rochester, NY, location. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of excavation experience.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate various equipment and machinery, including excavators, vactor trucks, pump trucks, and jetter trucks on job sites
• Utilize hand tools and other equipment to dig and probe for utilities
• Follow all OSHA and AP safety policies and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and ensure proper storage
• Assist with other areas of excavation and service as needed

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with sewer and water repair required
• 3+ years of experience operating an excavator required
• Valid driver’s license / clean driving record required
• Minimum CDL-B required, CDL-A preferred
• Plumbing experience preferred

The starting hourly base wage for this position is $28.00-35.00/hr. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
