What You’ll Do: Load and unload tire shipments to and from semi-truck trailers. Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment to other Bauer Built locations. Operate various types of forklifts and material-handling equipment while following all safety protocols. Accurately record and process inventory transactions in the warehouse management system. Organize, stack, and store tires in designated warehouse locations to maintain efficiency and safety. What You Bring: Dependable and reliable work ethic. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Task-oriented and self-motivated. Customer-focused mindset, understanding how warehouse accuracy impacts service. Ability to lift and handle tires weighing up to 100 lbs. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Basic computer skills with strong attention to accuracy.
