Job DetailsJob Location: Rock Hill Nissan - Rock Hill, SC 29730Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 Commission/monthJob Shift: Open to ClosingJoin the Team at Rock Hill Nissan Rock Hill Nissan, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is looking for an experienced, driven Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager) to join our leadership team. We are looking for a proven F&I professional who knows how to maximize profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The right candidate understands that great F&I performance is about more than product penetration—it requires strong lender relationships, clean paperwork, compliance, effective menu presentation, and the ability to structure deals that make sense for both the customer and the dealership. If you're competitive, process-driven, customer-focused, and ready to perform in a high-volume environment, we want to talk to you. **Only Candidates With Previous Automotive Finance Experience Will Be Considered**   What You'll Do As a Finance Manager, you will work directly with our sales management team, customers, and lending partners to finalize vehicle transactions and maximize each opportunity. Responsibilities include: Present financing options, vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, maintenance plans, and other F&I products in a professional and transparent manner Structure retail and lease transactions to maximize approvals, profitability, and customer satisfaction Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, captive lenders, and other finance sources Secure competitive approvals for customers across a wide range of credit profiles Maintain strong PVR, product penetration, and overall F&I performance Ensure all contracts, disclosures, funding packages, and supporting documentation are complete and accurate Maintain strict compliance with federal, state, lender, manufacturer, and dealership requirements Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to ensure a smooth transition from the sales floor into the finance office Review deal structure and identify opportunities to improve approvals and profitability Monitor contracts in transit and assist in resolving funding issues quickly Protect the customer experience while maintaining the dealership's financial objectives Maintain accurate records and follow all Hudson Automotive Group policies and procedures What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is a closer, a problem solver, and a professional who understands how to produce without sacrificing the customer experience. Preferred qualifications: Previous automotive F&I/Finance Manager experience strongly preferred Proven track record of strong F&I production and product penetration Strong understanding of automotive lending and deal structure Experience working with prime, near-prime, and credit-challenged customers Strong lender relationships and ability to effectively communicate with finance sources Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills Strong attention to detail and documentation Thorough understanding of F&I compliance and ethical selling practices Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Team-first attitude with the ability to work effectively with sales and management Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Why Rock Hill Nissan?
