Independent Living Manager
Full-Time | Exempt | Rock Hill, SC

Children's Attention Home is seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced leader to serve as our Independent Living Manager. This position oversees the daily operations of our Independent Living Program, which supports young adults ages 18-21 as they transition toward independence.

The Independent Living Manager provides leadership and supervision to program staff, coordinates participant services, ensures compliance with agency policies and regulations, and helps create a safe, supportive environment where young adults can develop the skills needed for long-term success. This role also works closely with community partners, volunteers, and stakeholders to strengthen resources and opportunities for participants. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supervising and supporting Independent Living staff
  • Overseeing participant admissions, services, and program operations
  • Ensuring compliance with agency policies and licensing requirements
  • Building community partnerships and coordinating educational opportunities
  • Supporting program evaluation, outcomes tracking, and quality improvement efforts
  • Participating in crisis response and on-call responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a human services or related field
  • Experience working with young adults, child welfare, or a similar population
  • Minimum of two years of supervisory experience
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency training requirements
