Job Summary

Plumbing, Cooling & Electrical Nerds is looking to hire HVAC Install Technicians to join our team in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be familiar with standard HVAC installation procedures, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Responsibilities

Install and perform general maintenance on customers' HVAC equipment
Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes
Represent the company as a professional and industry leader
Provide 5-star customer service
Track and stay accountable to performance metrics, with a willingness to try new approaches to improve
Work in various weather conditions and through extreme temperatures
Maintain an organized, clean vehicle and work site

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Some HVAC experience, either professional or from technical/trade school
Clean and safe driving record; must be insurable
Honest and ethical
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and a genuine drive to keep improving
Good personal hygiene

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

Considerable physical activity, including walking and standing for lengthy periods of time
Lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, squatting/kneeling, crawling in tight spaces, and reaching/grasping
Roughly equal time spent indoors and outdoors, with exposure to hot or cold temperatures for one or more hours at a time
