Location: 10455 Tamiami Trl N, Naples, FL 

Employment Type: Part-Time / Hourly 

Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking a friendly and dependable Donation Door Attendant to provide exceptional service to donors and support the efficient flow of donated goods. This front‑line role is essential in creating a positive first impression by greeting donors, receiving and recording donations, and ensuring items are sorted and processed according to established guidelines. The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, adaptable, and ready to assist with a variety of tasks that help keep our retail operations running smoothly.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet donors warmly and receive, record, and sort donations in accordance with Kaizen guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service while representing Goodwill as a front‑line team member.
  • Assist with processing, cleaning, and preparing merchandise to support efficient store operations.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe donation and work areas, completing additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in retail and/or stock handling preferred
  • Ability to stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull and move items; independently lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds and team lift up to 100 pounds.
  • Comfortable with standing for long periods of time and the possibility of occasionally working where temperatures and climate can fluctuate.
  • Able to see and recognize colors.
  • Knowledge of basic math skills.
