About the location:

Responsibilities

• Maintain, clean, press, and organize employee uniforms to ensure a professional appearance and adherence to company standards.
• Issue and collect uniforms for employees across all departments, ensuring timely distribution and proper accountability.
• Track uniform inventory levels, including garments, accessories, and specialty items, to ensure adequate stock is available.
• Inspect uniforms for stains, damage, wear, and missing components, coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.
• Process employee, guest, and resident garments for dry cleaning, laundering, and pressing according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of uniform issuance, returns, alterations, repairs, and replacement activity.
• Coordinate with laundry vendors and internal departments to ensure uniforms are cleaned, delivered, and maintained to quality standards.
• Organize and store uniforms in a clean, orderly, and easily accessible manner within the uniform room.
• Assist department managers with uniform fittings, special requests, and new employee uniform assignments to support operational needs.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and garment care procedures while operating laundry, pressing, and dry-cleaning equipment, reporting any equipment issues to management promptly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic level of English is required.
• High attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to push, pull, lift up to 40lbs.
• Ability to kneel, crouch and reach.
• Walk up to 8 hours per shift.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
