What You’ll Do

As part of our crew, you’ll have the chance to learn both Service and Kitchen roles — building valuable skills while working alongside a supportive team.

Service Crew (Front of House):

• Greet guests with genuine friendliness — make someone’s day!
• Take orders quickly and accurately
• Create a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment
• Work side-by-side with your team during busy, energetic shifts

Kitchen Crew (Back of House):

• Prepare food with care, following McDonald’s quality standards
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and organized
• Work efficiently to deliver fresh, accurate orders
• Support your teammates to keep everything running smoothly
