  • This position at UW Health Swedish American Hospital offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, with variable hours and a weekend shift every four weeks.

  • The role requires participation in ongoing educational programs and completion of mandatory continuing education units (CEUs).
  • Ideal candidates should have at least one year of relevant work experience and hold CPR certification.

Work Schedule: 

100% FTE, Monday - Friday variable hrs 6am-4:30pm, one weekend day every 4 weeks with a flex day during that work week, one assigned holiday/yr. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St. 

You may be eligible for up to $15,000 sign on bonus. 

 

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Overtime

On-call pay

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Required

 

Work Experience

Licenses & Certifications
  • Current license from the Stat

    e of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy. Required
