1st shift Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
SUMMARY
The Receiving Specialists responsibilities include unloading trucks, receiving of the product in the JD Edwards and placing labels on the product, making sure the count on the packing list and the actual count received matches. Receiving Specialists will also put product in the warehouse making sure the parts get to correct locations as well as doing the actual transfers with handheld scanners. They will also help accounting reconcile invoice issues as they arise.Â

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operates material handling equipment such as forklifts, drexel, pallet jacks, hand trucks or dolliesÂ
- Utilizing JDE and RFGen on an intermediate level for data entry
- Receive and put away supplies and parts daily in proper warehouse location
- Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
- Operates printers and label printers.Â
- Accurately maintain and comply with documentation and administrative procedures in a timely basis to include time entry process.
- Unloading trucks, loads material onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelvesÂ
- Back up other Receiving Specialists as needed
OTHER REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Knowledge of safety and quality practices and expectations
- Ability to read and comprehend work instructions
- Knowledge of basic computer skills (i.e., email, data entry, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and problem solve.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- High school education or any equivalent combination of training and experience
- Basic reading and math
- Minimum of 3 months experience
The budgeted range for this role is $18.54 USD - $25 USD per hour. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of the desired level of experience for the position.
