Work Schedule:Â
90% FTE, Monday-Friday varying schedule. You will work at UW Health 9th St Clinic 209 9th St.Â
Additional components of compensation may include:
Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
Overtime

- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology. Required
- Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and completes mandatory CEUs as required. Required
- No minimum experience required.
- Current license from the State of Illinois. An applicant for employment as a physical, occupational, or speech therapists must present acceptable evidence of licensure. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided. Required
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
- Has certificate of clinical competence through the American Speech & Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligible to complete Clinical Fellowship year with proper supervision. Required
