Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Remote Opportunity in Maryland

Position Summary

We are seeking independently licensed clinicians in Maryland, including LCSW-Cs, LCPCs, and LMFTs, to provide behavioral health services through a secure telehealth platform. Clinicians will support clients presenting with a range of mental health, emotional, relational, and adjustment-related concerns. The position requires sound clinical judgment, effective therapeutic communication, and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality care within a structured remote practice.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Provide individual psychotherapy through secure telehealth platforms
  • Conduct clinical assessments and establish appropriate treatment priorities
  • Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
  • Evaluate client progress and modify interventions when clinically indicated
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Maintain compliance with Maryland licensure requirements, confidentiality standards, professional ethics, and applicable telehealth regulations
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
  • Licensed in Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC, or LMFT)
  • 2+ years of clinical experience
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
