Job Summary
As a Twos Teacher at Celebree School™, you'll have the incredible opportunity to guide children through one of the most exciting stages of early childhood development. As a Twos Teacher, you'll ensure that Celebree's vision, mission, and values are reflected throughout the classroom while fostering curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning. You'll also help support classroom Aides and collaborate with fellow educators to create a positive and enriching experience for every child.

Responsibilities 
As a Twos Teacher, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:
-Guide children through daily routines while encouraging independence, confidence, and self-help skills.
-Manage the Twos classroom while ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
-Create a welcoming, engaging, and positive classroom environment for children, families, and visitors.
-Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and learning experiences aligned with Celebree's curriculum and developmental goals.
-Foster language development, social-emotional growth, and early problem-solving skills through purposeful play and exploration.
-Support children as they learn to navigate friendships, express emotions appropriately, and build positive relationships.
-Assist with potty-training readiness and partner with families to support consistency between home and school.
-Ensure the classroom remains safe, clean, organized, and inviting for all children.
-Accurately complete all required paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.
-Maintain open and professional communication with families regarding their child's development, milestones, and daily experiences.

  • Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency. 
  • This position requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements
  • The ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills. patience, flexibility.
