Supervised By: Store Management
聽Primary Responsibility: Provides outstanding customer service.聽 Load and deliver lumber, building products and other materials sold.聽 Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Job Duties/Responsibilities: 路
- 聽Quickly and efficiently load customer tickets and orders.聽
- Deliver materials as needed. 聽
- Operation of forklift. (Or willingness to be trained.)
- 聽Put away stock.
- Clean and organize materials and work environment.聽
- Assist in daily store opening and closing procedures.
- 聽Actively engage in increasing knowledge of industry, products, customers and sales techniques.聽
- All other job-related activities assigned by Supervisor
聽
聽Experience/Skills:聽
聽Experience/Skills:聽
- 聽Outstanding customer service skills.
- 聽Computer literacy.
- 聽Knowledge of building products and how they are sold. Detailed knowledge of specific product area is a plus (i.e. windows, doors, decking, framing material)聽
- 聽Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.聽
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.聽
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.聽
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- 聽Proficient with POS systems (building supply specific a plus)聽
聽Minimum Requirements:聽
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Building products knowledge and/or sales experience.
- 聽Ability to handle and maneuver stock and deliveries weighing up to 60lbs.聽
- Ability to stand and be mobile for prolonged periods聽
