How you’ll contribute

  • Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Assist patients with mobility, therapeutic exercises, and functional activities
  • Observe and document patient progress, reporting updates to the supervising PT
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
  • Help ensure a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment
  • Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented workplace and step in with additional duties as needed

  

What we’re looking for

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program, required
  • Current PTA license in the state of Arkansas in good standing, required
  • CPR certification
  • Previous rehab or acute care experience (preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
