Position Summary:
Responsible for completing arrival and departure transactions for guests checking in and checking out of the spa and salon while uphold the resorts' luxury standards. Additionally, Spa and Salon Receptionists are to address all guest questions and concerns with an upbeat and positive attitude, escalating to management when needed in accordance with department policies and procedures.
 
Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
2. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
3. Provide exceptional Guest Service to all Guests and Team Members.
4. Greet all Guests in a friendly and professional manner.
5. Responsible for booking all spa and salon appointments accurately.
6. Call Guests daily to confirm appointments.
7. Keep spa reception desk and surrounding areas clean and organized.
8. Must be knowledgeable regarding all spa/salon services, amenities, spa protocols, and retail with the ability to explain them to guests.
9. Answer all phone inquiries according to standards.
10. Must complete all training courses as specified by management.
11. Must input guest information, requests and spa and salon appointments accurately into the spa
booking system.
12. Complete and send all required shift reports and data logging as assigned and per department
process.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
1. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
2. Must possess or obtain Responsible Beverage Service state certification.
3. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
4. Minimum one (1) year customer service required, hospitality industry preferred.
5. Basic knowledge in computer skills.
6. Previous cash handling experience preferred.
 
Physical Requirements:
This job has the following physical requirements:
1. Ability to stand for full duration of shift.
2. Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment for full duration of shift.
3. Must be able to Lift/Carry/Push/Pull up to 50 pounds intermittently, up to 50% of shift.
4. Ability to sit, walk, climb, bend, balance, and kneel intermittently, up to 50% of shift.
