Position Summary:
Â
As a CNC Operator, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Machine Shop team by overseeing machine operations on the floor and providing essential hands-on support to operators.Â
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC Mills, lathes, and other machines.
- Use measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tape measure, to inspect finished profiles.
- Install and align tools, fixtures, and materials on machines.
- Adjust feeds, speeds, and offsets to ensure optimal performance.
- Additional tasks assigned.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, tools, and equipment (e.g., CNC, lathes, milling machines)
- Proficient in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.Â
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities to guide team members effectively.
Â
Experience Required:
- Previous CNC Machine Operation experience.Â
- Ability to read basic blueprints, work orders, and measuring instruments.
Â
Work Environment:
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift and move material or parts that weigh up to 50 pounds.
