Adapt Integrated Health Care is looking for a qualified Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team! This position will work Monday - Friday.

 

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides full cycle recruiting by identifying, outreach, and screening potential employees for the agency and successfully guiding applicants and managers through the hiring process while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.      

 

Qualifications: 

  • At least 2 years of experience applicable to Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and/or recruiting functions; Associate’s degree in related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with all phases of the recruitment and hiring process preferred.

 

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Consults with directors and hiring managers within the organization to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for all specified vacant position(s).
  • Identify and select potential candidates for vacant positions, which may include proactively sourcing candidates and cultivating a network of Industry Professionals.
  • Manages and documents recruiting life cycle: screening and selection of qualified candidates, scheduling and participation in the interviews, candidate selection, compensation review and presentation of offer.
  • Advises hiring manager on final selection as well as provides compensation advice and guidelines based on current market data, internal equity and other factors to maintain compliance and good standing with OEPA.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experience by communicating and providing updates to all applicants while providing documentation via ATS throughout the recruiting process.
  • Checks candidates’ references, credentials, verifying potential candidates’ experience and backgrounds, collects other pre-employment and onboarding documents 
  • Maintains and ensures compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations and documents process in ATS.
  • May include work with the Talent Acquisition team to contribute to positive employee experience by engaging with employees and participating in projects to measure and improve EE.
