Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with more than 60 years of dedicated service, is seeking a Professional Liability Attorney to join our Roseland office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience who is eager to grow within a collaborative, client-focused environment.

The Opportunity

Specifically, we are seeking candidates who have at least 5 years experience in construction defect/ design professional litigation who can independently handle a caseload with limited oversight but appropriate mentorship. A New York license is a plus, but not required. This position is designed for a construction lawyer who is looking to take their practice to the next level with the help of local subject matter expertise combined with an institutional platform that supports practice and individual growth.

Compensation Range: $140,000 - $200,000+ which is negotiable dependent on experience level and portable business.

The posted compensation range for this position is based on several legitimate, non-discriminatory factors set by the Firm.
