Position Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and brokers on booking, tracking, and delivery
  • Partner with customs brokers to ensure accurate and timely entry filings
  • Analyze freight cost, transit time, and service key performance indicators
  • Support reporting and dashboards for inbound performance
  • Identify process gaps across import execution and compliance
  • Validate freight invoices, duties, and taxes
  • Travel up to 25% 
  • Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience
