Frandsen Bank & Trust is seeking a community-focused Market President to lead the Lakeville and/or Apple Valley, Minnesota market. This leader will build strong customer relationships, grow commercial and consumer banking opportunities, coach and develop local team members, and represent Frandsen Bank as a trusted financial partner in the Lakeville and/or Apple Valley south metro community.

Job Duties:
- Lead the market in alignment with Frandsen Bank’s vision, mission, values, and community banking philosophy.
- Develop and execute a market growth plan focused on loans, deposits, treasury management, fee income, and long-term customer relationships.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, professionals, centers of influence, civic leaders, and community organizations throughout the market and the surrounding south metro area.
- Provide leadership for commercial, consumer, deposit, savings, credit, and other banking products and services.
- Coach, develop, and support direct reports and local banking team members to deliver superior service, strong performance, and collaborative business development.
- Represent the bank in the community through business development activities, civic involvement, community events, and professional networking.
- Monitor market performance, portfolio quality, operating results, budgets, and financial activity; anticipate issues and take appropriate action to manage risk.
- Ensure banking operations are functional, compliant, customer-focused, and aligned with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to communicate and promote financial products, services, and solutions that meet customer needs.
- Complete all new employee training courses and ongoing training as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience, Skills & Education:
Experience
- Seven or more years of banking, commercial lending, business development, or financial services experience, including demonstrated success managing relationships and growing a market or portfolio.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Graduate banking school, leadership development program, or relevant banking certifications preferred.
- Established network in the market, or a comparable community banking market preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
