Construction Project Manager

Delta Workforce is hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial projects from start to finish. You’ll own budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and teams while delivering jobs on time, on budget, and fully compliant.

Key Points:

• Lead full-cycle commercial construction projects including scheduling, resource planning, and on-site oversight
• Manage budgets, subcontractors, and change orders while partnering closely with clients, architects, and engineers
• Drive safety, quality, and compliance with building codes and contracts
• Juggle multiple projects, solve problems fast, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
• Bring strong organization, leadership, and software skills (Procore, MS Office); construction management experience and relevant degree preferred
