Position Description

Join Flynn 7 Brew as an Area Director and lead multiple new drive-thru coffee stands in a fast-growing market. You will coach Stand General Managers, strengthen operations, build a leadership pipeline, and drive results across staffing, guest experience, labor, inventory, facilities, compliance, and profitability. This role fits an experienced multi-unit leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, develops talent, uses performance data to guide decisions, and stays connected to frontline teams. Compensation Area Director: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
