Key Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, energetic, and five-star experience for every member and guest.
- Manage daily studio operations, including opening/closing, check-ins, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and organized studio.
- Respond to calls, texts, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build strong relationships with members and proactively encourage consistent attendance and engagement.
- Support new member onboarding and ensure every member feels welcomed, supported, and motivated.
- Identify sales opportunities and confidently introduce BODY20 memberships, services, and products based on each guest’s needs.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to help convert demos into memberships.
- Support monthly goals for demos, memberships, sales, and member retention.
- Maintain accurate member information, notes, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Support local events, community outreach, marketing campaigns, and studio promotions to generate new leads.
- Monitor studio supplies and communicate inventory needs to management.
- Work closely with coaches and management to deliver a consistent and exceptional member experience.
- Be a positive, team-oriented contributor who helps drive studio growth and creates a fun, motivating environment.
Requirements
- Ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendlyÂ
- Passion for health and wellness
- Strong Follow-up and organizational skills
