We’re looking for a Project Manager who knows how to run work, not just manage paperwork. We win the work. You take it from pre-construction and execute it in the field. This is a hands-on leadership role once projects are active. You’ll manage multiple commercial roofing projects at once, with a focus on execution. Most heavy pre-con paperwork is handled before handoff. Your job is to run the work.

Work daily with superintendents and foremen
Order materials and manage logistics
Protect gross margin and monitor budgets
Capture and manage change orders
Handle architects and roof consultants professionally
Maintain clean, current job documentation
Support quality control in the field
Make the GC’s job easier

Qualifications:

2+ years construction project management experience preferred
Commercial roofing experience is a plus, not required
Ability to visit job sites regularly
Working knowledge of budgets, schedules, and contracts
Valid driver’s license

Competitive Salary based on experience and willingness to take on responsibility. Eligible to participate in profit sharing pool if overall company performance allows & Auto Allowance
