Key Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso, coffee, and specialty drinks to company standards
- Serve beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Deliver genuine, high-quality customer service—no scripts, just real hospitality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Work with urgency and focus during high-volume shifts
- Support your team and contribute to a strong, positive work environment
- Uphold product quality and brand standards at all times
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Must meet all legal requirements to serve and handle alcoholic beverages in the State of TexasÂ
*Texas state law requires applicants to be 18 years or older due to serving alcohol*
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
