About the Role:
Workout Anytime China Grove is looking for a driven and energetic Fitness Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and help members transform their lives through fitness. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for health and wellness with your talent for building relationships and closing deals. Responsibilities:
- Drive membership sales by prospecting, following up on leads, and converting walk-ins into long-term members
- Manage and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed monthly membership goals
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness in the China Grove, NC area
- Conduct facility tours and deliver compelling membership presentations to prospective members
- Track and analyze sales metrics, reporting performance to upper management
- Build and maintain strong member relationships to drive referrals and reduce attrition
- Oversee front desk operations and ensure an exceptional member experience
Requirements:
- Previous sales management or fitness industry sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as needed
