Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable, and caring caregivers to provide quality in home care to seniors throughout Royalston, MA and surrounding communities.
Whether you are an experienced PCA, HHA, CNA, or Homemaker, or you are looking for a new career where you can help others, this is an opportunity to do work that truly matters.
$18.00 TO $20.00 PER HOUR
Pay is based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications.

$250 SIGN ON BONUS
Qualified new caregivers can earn a $250 sign on bonus after completing their first 90 days.
To qualify, you must:
Work at least 20 hours per week
Have no unexcused absences during your first 90 days

YOUR CARE CAN CHANGE SOMEONE'S DAY
As an in home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Every visit is an opportunity to provide support, companionship, dignity, and peace of mind.
Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional encouragement
Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
Running essential errands and grocery shopping
Providing medication reminders
Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor
Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home
Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care
WHAT YOU BRING
We are looking for caregivers who are:
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Professional and respectful
Able to communicate clearly in English
Organized with strong time management skills
Committed to client safety and confidentiality
Able to provide reliable transportation
HHA or CNA certification is welcome when applicable
