Key job responsibilities
• Drives creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and other Lean initiatives meet and exceed business plan.
• Responsible for the overall safety, quality and performance and customer experience of their facilities.
• Measures performance, provides feedback, and holds leaders accountable for their performance and the performance of their departments.
• Takes proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments, shifts and among the network.
• Works closely with support staff (HR, Finance, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention, Safety and other leaders) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives. Basic Qualifications: - 7+ years of Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production/Procurement, Distribution, Logistics or related environment/operations experience
- Bachelor's degree or Advanced Degree
- Experience in a Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production/Procurement, Distribution, Logistics or related environment/operations Preferred Qualifications: - Degree in Engineering, Operations or related field and MBA preferred
- Experience in a startup environment
- Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations · Interest in long-term career development

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
