Description

Starting at $30/hour | Full-time | 4-day clinical schedule | Pediatric outpatient | Fort Worth, TX

Provide the pediatric therapy work you love with a team and clinical structure behind you. Talking Tadpoles is a pediatric speech and occupational therapy practice where clinicians have access to mentorship, specialty development, leadership pathways, and an established administrative team supporting the work around patient care.

Why Therapists choose Talking Tadpoles:

  • Four-day clinical work week options for full-time clinicians
  • Pediatric-only caseloads across speech, language, feeding, AAC, and occupational therapy
  • Clinical mentorship and leadership support beyond required supervision, including weekly meetings with Supervisor
  • Specialty development opportunities for clinicians who want to deepen their skills
  • Defined leadership pathways for clinicians interested in supervision or management
  • Administrative support for scheduling, authorizations, billing, intake, and front-office operations
  • Established multi-location practice rather than a clinician operating independently
  • Benefits and paid time off for eligible full-time employees

What a week would look like:

You'll treat pediatric patients in an outpatient clinic while managing a consistent caseload across your four-day clinical schedule. You'll collaborate with parents and other clinicians, complete documentation within our EHR, and have access to clinical leadership when you need support with cases, development, or problem-solving.

  • Complete treatment sessions within your discipline
  • Work on family-centered treatment plans and goals
  • Educate and collaborate with parents/caregivers
  • Maintain timely clinical documentation
  • Coordinate with other clinicians when patients receive multiple services
  • Participate in clinical mentorship, specialty programming, or leadership development as appropriate
