The Opportunity

Clover Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled and dependable Clinician to join their team at their Salem, NH location. This is a full-time, in-person role for a clinician who can carry a mixed caseload of mental health and substance use clients, facilitate groups with confidence, and manage their time and documentation independently. What You'll Do

  • Carry a caseload of 10-15 clients across mental health and substance use disorder presentations
  • Provide individual therapy using evidence-based, person-centered approaches
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions as part of the clinical programming schedule
  • Participate in one evening IOP group per week as needed
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in full compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to support continuity and quality of care
  • Manage your own schedule with a high degree of autonomy and accountability


Requirements

Required:

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related social services field
  • Active LCMHC, LICSW, or LMFT licensure in New Hampshire, OR Conditional LCMHC status (or the equivalent Licensed Social Worker credential) with an approved supervision agreement on file with the New Hampshire Board of Mental Health Practice
  • Experience providing both mental health and substance use disorder treatment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage an independent caseload with consistent documentation compliance
  • Group facilitation experience in a clinical setting
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage schedule and documentation without close oversight
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred:

  • Full, independent LCMHC, LICSW, or LMFT licensure in New Hampshire
  • Experience in IOP, PHP, or structured outpatient behavioral health setting
