What You'll Do
- Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs.
- Conduct assessments, reassessments, and treatment planning.
- Provide supervision, support, and mentorship to ABA staff.
- Partner with caregivers and stakeholders through training and education.
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians during monthly ABA team meetings and case consultations.
- Maintain clinical documentation and treatment plan updates.
- Review and approve behavior technician session notes.
- Participate in the continued growth and development of our ABA program.
Qualifications
- BCBA or BCaBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Virginia licensure through the Board of Medicine (or ability to obtain licensure)
- Passion for ethical, compassionate, and family-centered ABA services
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
