What You'll Do

  • Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs.
  • Conduct assessments, reassessments, and treatment planning.
  • Provide supervision, support, and mentorship to ABA staff.
  • Partner with caregivers and stakeholders through training and education.
  • Collaborate with fellow clinicians during monthly ABA team meetings and case consultations.
  • Maintain clinical documentation and treatment plan updates.
  • Review and approve behavior technician session notes.
  • Participate in the continued growth and development of our ABA program.

Qualifications

  • BCBA or BCaBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Virginia licensure through the Board of Medicine (or ability to obtain licensure)
  • Passion for ethical, compassionate, and family-centered ABA services
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
