Salina Country Club is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities, grounds, and equipment to provide an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain the landscaping and grounds, including mowing, trimming, and planting as needed
• Handle general repairs and renovations of club buildings and facilities
• Respond to maintenance requests from club management and members in a timely manner
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with club policies and safety standards
• Keep maintenance equipment and tools in good working condition, performing regular checks and maintenance as required

Qualifications: 

• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques for buildings, grounds, and equipment
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general carpentry
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
